銷售經(jīng)理Sales Manager


要求:自動化、機(jī)械或電機(jī)工程等相關(guān)專業(yè),在下述工業(yè)控制儀器儀表應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域中有三年以上的銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)和一年以上銷售管理經(jīng)驗(yàn):石油天然氣,工程機(jī)械,發(fā)電機(jī)組,船機(jī),壓縮機(jī),或泵組等;熟悉工業(yè)柴油發(fā)動機(jī)對此職位有很大的幫助。

職位描述:

Responsibilities:

1.Develop sales in various industries including diesel engine, Oil & Gas, and Construction Machinery.

2.Proactively explore and develop relations with potential customers.

3.Lead the sales team in increasing sales through the targeting of key accounts and by means of focused activity.

4.Develop sales plans for each key and key target account based on the annual sales planning process.

5.Maintain close relationship with existing customers. Achieve superior communication, technical and product skills in order to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.

6.Conduct market survey and assessment. Develop marketing and sales plans for individual customer group.

7.Attend trade shows and promote products.

8.Manage and develop the sales group through effective coaching and training.

 

Qualification:

1.Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

2.At least three years of sales experience and more than one year of sales management experience in the following fields for industrial engine applications: Oil & Gas Equipment, Construction Machinery, Generator sets, Marine, or Industrial stationary equipment such as compressors, pumps.

3.Working experience and knowledge of diesel engines and associated instruments.

4.Customer-driven. Have strong leadership and effective coaching skills. Can withstand pressure.

5.Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.

6.Good communication skills in both written and verbal English.

 

工作職責(zé):

1.針對工業(yè)柴油發(fā)動機(jī),石油天然氣設(shè)備,工程機(jī)械等不同的工業(yè)領(lǐng)域銷售控制儀器儀表。

2.挖掘及發(fā)展?jié)撛诘哪繕?biāo)客戶;經(jīng)常拜訪客戶,提供解決方案及跟蹤項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展。

3.帶領(lǐng)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)通過各種銷售活動在目標(biāo)客戶群中提升銷售業(yè)績。

4.根據(jù)年度銷售計(jì)劃的流程制定現(xiàn)有客戶和潛在客戶的銷售發(fā)展計(jì)劃。

5.維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶,進(jìn)行及時(shí)有效地交流、提供技術(shù)支持及產(chǎn)品服務(wù)以達(dá)到和超出客戶的期望。

6.市場信息調(diào)查及分析;針對不同客戶群制定相關(guān)的市場及銷售計(jì)劃。

7.參加行業(yè)展會推廣產(chǎn)品。

8.管理和培養(yǎng)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì),通過有效地輔導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)提升銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的整體素質(zhì)。

要求:

1.機(jī)械或電機(jī)工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科學(xué)歷。

2.在下述工業(yè)控制儀器儀表應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域中有三年以上的銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)和一年以上銷售管理經(jīng)驗(yàn):石油天然氣,工程機(jī)械,發(fā)電機(jī)組,船機(jī),壓縮機(jī),或泵組等。

3.熟悉工業(yè)柴油發(fā)動機(jī)對此職位有很大的幫助。

4.客戶至上的意識強(qiáng)。較強(qiáng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,能對下屬進(jìn)行有效地輔導(dǎo)。并能承受工作壓力。

5.較強(qiáng)的溝通能力和客戶關(guān)系處理技巧。

6.英文書面和口語交流基本流利。
